The place wasn't clean. The towels were old .they need better towels. The water come very slow when I taking shower. I locked myself out by the pool. No access to get in if you by the pool .horrible.

The staff were kind and courthouse. The pool area is clean .but they need to upgrade the place toilet need fixed .the gym broken and out of order. They need someone to really clean the place properly. Only the back of the hotel is really what we see that speaks justice to the building.

This whole place need a remodel, very run down doors are broken, roaches running up and down around the room.. A very ghetto facility, very dirty the room was uncomfortable made my skin crawl. Room was old and very run down roaches in the room.

Kathy front Desk Manager did very good in taking care of our problems. She checked on us daily to make up for what went wrong. Andre was very helpful and try to meet our needs. The General manager gave us 2 nights refund for all the problems.
